What are these sleeves for? I see they are indexed with green marks. I have a set of Rubi takeoffs - and these are the rear springs. One spring has nothing - but has the green index - while the other has 2 sleeves - both indexed.

Thanks for getting me started. I didnā€™t even know what to google. Itā€™s a spring silencer and itā€™s not on the parts diagrams. I also noticed while looking at all the the JLUR takeoff suspensions for sale - there seem to be multiple variations. Some setups have nothing on either rear spring. Some have 2 on one spring, with nothing on one (like mine).

Iā€™ve no idea if itā€™s supposed to silence coil bind or harmonics/ vibrations within the spring.
