If the config with the CAI comes from the factory, what about the vent piece? In other words, if you purchase the CAI separately, it comes with instructions and the vent piece. But if done in factory, it simply doesn't come with the vent? so you have to somehow buy that one vent piece if you plan on the cutout?

Please reconcile yourself to the fact that you or a third party will have to cut the hood on your Jeep, if or when you want that particular aesthetic feature of a CAI.
