Put my deposit down yesterday by phone on a loaded Punk'n Metallic JLUR. I guess/hope it has actually been ordered... I am bit miffed I have heard nothing from my salesman confirming the order....

I was told I wouldn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Then they would email me a VIN number.

My sales person didn't volunteer the information until I asked when I'd get my VIN number. You can always call them.

Finally was able to place my order today, !!!! JLUR manual with black cloth and a bunch of other awesome options. Now the wait begins

I decided to test my dealer today. I emailed and asked for a receipt and confirmation on my order. Crickets. It's been 5 hours now and no return email. Prior to the deal I'd get a response in minutes if not instantly.

Email same person from a different email account and act like you are an interested buyer. See what happens. Not sure how'd you'd call him out after that without pissing him off further, but it's something I'd want to know! Maybe bring it up with the GM?

I ordered a JLU Rubicon this week, after months of deliberation and discussion with my family. This is going to be exciting.

I'm going to miss my VW that I'm selling to help pay for it, but I think it's a good upgrade.
