So I finally got my paint issues resolved and got my Jeep back. And the AAL fender lights finally arrived. So I installed those and trimmed the fenders. I did it a little bit different than most of the folks who have done it before. I left a lot of structure under the fenders for support. There is very little wiggle in the fenders this way.

Do you have any photos of what you left under the fenders for support? :)

Went for a drive in the hills today, was going to do an easy 4wd trail but the transfer case kept popping out of 4L. Stopped for a bit where I thought some flowers would be for a photo.
Nice picture, and I really like your wheels! What are they?

You're probably not engaging it well enough, these transfer cases are tough. After you engage it, keep applying pressure to the shifter down while you put it in D and start moving forward. That works for me.

Yep, went out a couple days later and made sure I was moving forward slowly. Stayed engaged, rolled it up and down some inclines without any issues.
