    18-19 Jeep JL BIG BORE XD Cylinder Assist Kit w/ Dana 30

    The New Jeep JL is equipped with new computer controlled electro-hydraulic steering (EHPS), electronic stability control (ESC) electronic roll mitigation (ERM), and a weight saving aluminum housing steering gearbox. PSC has taken the Jeep JL steering system back to the drawing board and engineered our exclusive Big Bore XD-JL Steering Gearbox and a traditional belt-driven High Flow Mechanical Power Steering Pump Conversion, producing an essential upgrade to solve the original steering issues and efficiently handle the increased torque loads due to larger tire sizes and installing aftermarket axle assemblies.

    So I noticed that there are two seperate kits one for the Dana 60 and one for the Dana 44. Is the only difference the bracket for the dana 44? whereas the Dana60 kit does not come with brackets? Are the stroke the same between the two?

    Looks like over $3,000 for the complete kit for a vehicle that's $55,000 and Jeep should fix for free under warranty of course!

    Wow $3,200 plus install for a Jeep issue. I hope @JeepCares see this and partners with them to find a solution that JEEP pays for.

    I'd love to see how much dead space is removed using these kits. I'd love to be a tester of the Overlander kit. ;)

    Any way you will be selling just the steering gear box. I'm sure tons of people would be willing to buy this without upgrading the whole system. That would be great!

    Can't imagine why anyone on this form would buy something that is defective from the factory obviously meaning someone else's steering box
