@AllMoparParts.com I'm looking to buy the kit PSVENTRYJLBSM from your site and note that all web-sites say there is a 45 day waiting period. Any insight on what this means? Is this backordered from Chrysler?

Removed the caps and played with the magnets, it sees mine are correctly installed as when flipped I do not get the flash on the key fob, but in either case still not lock or unlock - open to any other suggestions as this one is driving me nuts

Hi David,

I would look over the drivers harness connector for any bent terminals then check the pass side. We just had a similar issue on the JT forums.

I'll take a look again but in this case, I have only done the tailgate as a test before I did both doors I'll check the main harness on both sides. I have never really done anything on the driver's side but I did install the Aux switches which required working on the passenger side harness maybe that process caused the issue? Everything else in the car does work fine

Is there anyplace that is selling the jumper wires already made up? I have a 2020 JLU Willy's with Tech package and thought I would have the right connectors, but I'm missing 15 & 16

You did have the GXD sales code flashed in correct? And if so what method did you choose?

I tried it with bot a Taser and Jscan - in both cases, it seems to be in there and accessible via the radio. If it is enabled I get the flash on the key fob and if I turn it off I no longer get the flash

This a general idea of what needs to be accomplished where but its not a detailed guide.

Jeff, you have a Sport S? If you do the first step is to verify you have pins 15 and 16 in the body side of the door connector, I believe they will not be preset as they are usually not present in the Sport S.

If they are not there it’s not the end of the world, it just means a few extra steps. It’s what I had to do to add them to mine. The thread linked above has all the info.

There is a vendor linked in the last page who sells premise wires if you need them.

Hello JL Wrangler Forms....

@ 50, my life long desire for a Jeep has been realized. 2021 Willy Unlimited. Not my first choice of color,, but its growing on me.

what an amazing site.. this is my 1st post.. I leased my jeep.. so i am taking any modifications slow and with deep consideration. I did not realize i was missing this feature, my last car had it.. just assumed it was Keyless entry... My bad..


anyway.. My willy, although my willy has Keyless, Push button start, remote start. etc.. it does not have the 15 & 16 Pins.. sadly..

but won't let that stop me.. now that it seems the enabling of Proximity with Jscan seems to be resolved. Time to get started..

I ordered my front Door kit, yeah i am sure ill get the tailgate later.. Happy to report that even though mopar Online performance, site said 45 days, my harness is arriving Wednesday, after only ordering it on Friday.

Since I am new to all of this, i opt'd to go with the Jscan vs. the Tazer. mainly because of cost.. and it being a lease.. I am not sure how far ill get to go with Mod's
