I ordered two 7" headlight adapters for a Harley Davidson, installed one light into a bracket, and have measured a template out. I'm going to make these out of steel or diamond plate aluminum, but I want it to be easy and repeatable. I'll post pictures of my progress and the final install.

I think there are/will be many of us that traded up, but want our old aftermarket lights. That and there are also a lot of 7" LED fixtures that are far cheaper than what is available now.

I used a plasma cutter to cut my plates, bent it in the vice, now drilling holes to attach it .

Anxious to see finished product as I have not yet ordered my new rig yet and have been debating one OEM leds. Also has jaw speakers at home from my previous ride, 2012 JKUR.

SKUNTUGUANG 7 Inch Black headlight... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CBQ97T1?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

This bracket x 2, and my brackets will give us the ability to physically install the headlights. I still have to work out the wiring harness to make these not flash, as well as make it plug and play. I have 10 hours into design and fit, with maybe another fifteen to twenty for finalization.

All that being said, if I can find a local shop to punch these out, how much would you spend on a plug and play kit, vs a free drawing that you could take to a local fabrication shop? Just seeing where the interest lies.

I personally think that you can get 100 plus orders for your bracket that goes with the amazon bracket for around 100 or so and just flat out put the new led headlight businesses that sell for above 600 completely out of business until their price dips below 300

You mentioned something about wiring issues that make the headlights flash. Can you elaborate on that?

He is talking about how some Jeeps that come stock with halogens, will have the new LED headlight and fog light assemblies "flicker" in certain stages. Since a jeep like mine is callibrated for halogen lighting, there's an electrical issue possibly dealing with a "conflicting" electrical current once LEDs are installed. The LEDs will flicker...and some people have to install an "anti-flicker" device. However those devices dont always work with MOPAR LED lamps. They work with aftermarket.

It's all a bit tricky. Hope I explained this correctly...

I'll punch out one hundred, sell ten, and they'll be on Amazon for ten bucks a piece. I think I'll just put the plans out there. Sorry folks, I'm not in the fabrication business, so I don't know the right asses to tickle.

Drawings will be fine too. Thank you so much. This is going to be by far the most popular mod on the forum
