Premium tan soft top question

So I just swapped my black premium top out with a tan one and noticed all this extra fabric hanging down that I didn't have on my black one...is it supposed to be like this? My black top was a 21'...we're previous year tops different?

Yeah, that’s not right. Definitely something wrong up there. Top color shouldn’t have anything to do with it. Looks like it has a stitched seam too, like it’s supposed to be shaped that way. Weird.
