I have a premium soft top for my JLU that I am interested in selling. I had it on my jeep for about a month, always parked inside.

How much are you asking? Living in a townhouse, it might be hard to find a place to store my hardtop but I might know some others who are interested.

I have it on Kijiji for 2200, I’m honestly not sure what they are worth.

The dual top option is a $2395 CAD (MSRP) upgrade when ordering a Jeep from the factory. Or with invoice pricing, it'd be $2085 CAD.

But with that being said, it's almost summer and they're a popular item because the aftermarket isn't able to keep up with demand.

I think $2200 CAD is reasonable. You could probably sell it for $2200USD in the US since their market is huge compared to us. But I wouldn't want to imagine how much it'd cost to ship.

Yea 2200 USD works out to like 2800 CAD so that pays for a bit of shipping. I can't imagine a pallet costing more than 600 to anywhere the northwest. I don't know about import costs and duties though.
