I have the set of stock premium Alpine speakers.
Complete with:

• Dash speakers
• Knee panel speakers along with the pods
• Sound bar 2 tweeters and 2 woofers
• Trunk Subwoofer along with the enclosure
• The carpet piece that goes in the side of the trunk in front of the subwoofer

Took it all out and replaced with custom speakers.

Yes the subwoofer is with the enclosure as pictured above (top piece on the photo).
It comes with the carpet (bottom right) which you need to replace before you put in the subwoofer.
