woohoo!!! excited as heck to finally be packing for our quick flight tomorrow morning to pick up my dream Jeep after placing my order last month

Landing in Boise at 1pm and hoping to be on the road by 3pm if things go smoothly....Ordered through Kent at Peterson and have heard good things about the very quick buying process from others who travel there from out of state to pick up....Going to stop in Tahoe, which is about the halfway point, for a couple of days and then maybe a day trip to Yosemite on way home to SoCal.....

Anything I should check for on the test drive ?

Plan on making sure are the bells and whistles work....can't wait!!!

Tire pressure is probably high, check fuses are seated and if under the hood, may as well check fluids are topped up. Enjoy the drive.

Buying a new Jeep AND a built in road trip? It's gonna be a blast. Congrats!

I agree on tire pressure and double check fuses..... I checked mine after I got the 60 miles home from Irvine. Tire pressure was high (43ish?). I lowered mine to 38, may go a couple pounds lower even.

My fuses pressed in slightly.... I'm having a hard time seeing how the minute amount they pressed in would ever be an issue... But maybe?

Oh and most important parts are make sure you have some good tunes and enjoy the ride!! Take pictures!

The recommended break in procedure is in the owner's manual.

Congrats! Nothing more exciting when getting your new Jeep but to fly in and get it. I agree with the others about checking your tire pressure.

I nearly bought from Kent as well but ended up staying local! 🤦🏻‍♂️
Enjoy the drive!

here’s Steven’s story. Pretty awesome journey for his.
