I had Z26 on my Hellcat and absolutely loved them. Braking was great and my rims weren't always black after a 30min. drive. Definitely will get them for my 392 if available.

Does any one have any experience (good or bad) with this:

https://www.powerstop.com/product/power-stop-z36-brake-kit/
I have this kit (front and rear) on my 18 JLUR. It is an upgrade over stock, but not earth shattering. The brakes are definitely better than the stock ones for my 37s.
Initial bite is better and braking from higher speeds is improved. I do like having the drilled and slotted rotors as I drive in the mountains.
I do think they’re a good value for the money, but if you’re looking for a substantial improvement, go with Alcon, Hawk, etc. but those are big money.

Thanks @limeade. This is what I was thinking or it would be much more expensive.

I've got the brake pads front and rear and rotor in the rear only, it isn't a day/night difference but it's a worthwhile improvement. I upgraded to 39's and the braking feels like when I was on 37's which to me was nice.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Mite consider just going w/ Hawk pads on your current rotors, should be an upgrade over the Powerstops, but ???

That's my plan in a few months.

I looked at them long and hard. On this and my old Cummins. I went with brakeproformance.com slotted rotors and semi metallic pads on that dodgeand it was amazing improvement.

I once again passed on them for the JL. Just decided to try the bendix fleet metlock pads. Figured for 33 dollars for the front it’s worth a shot for a higher friction rating.

I got the front and rear z36 pad and rotor package from rockauto for about $400 delivered. Definitely a noticeable improvement for the money. Wasn't quite ready to drop $4kish on the full Alcon pad, rotor, and opposed piston caliper kit just yet.

Is this kit for the non-rubi/big brakes?
Anyone know what mm the big brakes are vs the sport S? mm, so I am guessing they are talking rotor size/thickness??

I ordered this kit lasts weekend, says out of stock and 30 business days to ship. My braking in my rubi sucks, scares the wifey.

Well I installed the front brake kit today. Took longer to remove the wheels and clean up then it did to change out the parts.

Those look great, Range. Got me thinking about doing this next.
Did you only order the front set?

The drilled or slotted rotors look cool but it's the pad compound that make the most difference for a Wrangler. How is the initial bite compared to the stock OEM pads?
