Had anyone done their own install of the power stop kit KC7938-36? I’ve been working on this for two days now. I ordered it back in June this year and a month later I ordered the BH00147 brake line kit for it and since I’ve had zero time to work on installing the kit until the weekend. Well unfortunately it seems like the brake line kit was threaded incorrectly to match the factory hard lines. On top of that I have ran into a second failed part on power stops products. The banjo bolts are not properly heat treated to hardness spec needed to torque the bolt to the factory spec as called out in the instructions. At roughly 20ft-lbs if the recommend seating torque spec of 26-ft-lbs I had two of the four banjo bolts break in half. I was able to reinstall the factory banjo bolts to get fluid to stop leaking all over the place and get them to factory torque spec. Currently waiting for power stop to reply in hopes to get this solved before I my wife goes into labor In next week or two. Fingers crossed they have good customer service and replacement parts that will work -_-
