Anybody else try to call CS this afternoon and it says NO AGENTS ARE AVAILABLE? I’ve don’t called 5 times and get the same thing

I know a number of them are being trained on their new Customer Communications System today.

I was told that some other option, like LED light package or color (I’m ocean Blue) could also delay Jeep in conjunction with Power Top. I’m at a loss. If my current car didn’t graciously allow me to extend my lease for 6 months past expiration date I don’t know what I’d do.

All of my colors and options are Un-Restricted.

The worst part of the process for the past 103 days is Jeep's Customer Communications.
I know Jeep's current Customer Relationship Management software sytem is crap.
The real problem is Jeep's Customer Relations Managers. They did not fight hard enough for the resources they need.
They've been burned so many times that they're afraid to tell us the truth about our build date and Jeep's production problems.
It seems like the plant managers decided that they don't really care what the customer thinks. It's all about the plant manufacturers building enough jeeps and to hell with what the customer wants.

Yep probably misplaced for sure I was told by CS today that someone keeps removing our case!!
