Yeah - I just posted this on the wiki thread ... saw this thread too and am totally double-posting.
What can I say - I like it!

2-1/2" Icon lift (I assume, anyway - it's the only size they offer now, previous owner installed)

Before: 20x10 XD831's and 35x12.5 trail grapplers

20221025_115242[1].jpg

After: 17x9 Method312's and 35x12.5 baja boss's

after looks so much better great looking rig

JKS mfg 2.5” lift with 35’s. I’m hoping tire prices come down soon so I can get a set of 37’s in the near future

Hoping to start a gallery for those looking for specific examples. There are various threads and pics but no place to see everything specific to the subject all in one place.

Do you have an unlimited rubicon with a 2.5” lift on 35’s or 37’s?
[Post your 2.5” lifted JLUR]

Post your pics!
Be sure to tell us which lift kit, wheels and tires you have on your rig.

Thanks!

Only drove it back home so far, along with a few heat cycles on the gears , but so far very impressed with lift and tires. Excited to get it out on the trails and get the rear bumper/tire carrier on.

Have you aired down with these “bead grip” wheels?

I’m up in the air (no pun intended) between these 703s in Bronze or the KMC Impact OL in Bronze. KMC doesnt recommend airing down to even 15psi on their Impact OLs though (KM724, part no.) but with a difference of $75 wheel I’m torn.

Nice rig!! I like the swap to the black/gold decals to match the wheels.

I have not, but I am sure there is someone who has done it. They are made for that purpose.

I guess I’m an outlier - 35x12.50 Falken Wildpeak MTs on STOCK rims, 2.5” JKS lift with Fox 2.0s and HD springs on all four corners. When I disconnect the sway bar, I stuff the fenders at full flex.

The Jeep in the background is my wife’s Sahara, with 34” Geolander X-ATs, same lift. Both ride great on wet and dry pavement!

Did you add anything to the aev lift? Trackbars? Dampeners? Looking at that lift with those tires too. Wondering how it is stock or do I have to add more.

At the time of install, I added an AEV front steering stabalizer to better handle the big tires and a Teraflex rear tire carrier. I added a yeti front trackbar roughly 8-10 months after the lift, but it was fine without it. the AEV lift comes with shocks (I assume that's what you mean by dampeners?).
