Weekend trip from Denver to Glenwood Springs, we decided to hit an easy trail near St Mary's Glacier. We got up a hill before the trailhead and found some jeeps pulling out another jeep. We were told the 1st jeep had been there since 9am stuck. It took the other two jeeps about an hour to free him at around 3pm.

Long story short we didn't attempt the trail with the amount of snow that was on it.

Took the opportunity to take some pictures of the jeep!

Nice. I live in that community. So many trails to choose from , all within 2 miles of that spot

Chinn Lake. So turn left at whatever that house at the tight switch back up Fall River. If you live there, I'm sure you don't need me to tell you it's prime time to take the JL up there!
