Currently at 5 weeks and the wait continues

Apparently FCA nor the dealership know where my Jeep is located at this point. The dealership checked the local rail yard and was not there. Jeep Chat gives a different answer every time I call/message the customer line and the dealership can't get anyone from FCA logistics to call them back to locate it. The dealership has been great and I think they are more frustrated than I am. They have 4 other Jeeps in the same status and cant get any information.

Contacted Jeep chat on Tuesday (4/30) and they said my Mojito JLUR was complete and awaiting shipping.

So out of curiosity, what is the vinTrack? Is that a free service somewhere?
Got the sticker later the same day.

So to finish this crazy ride, arrived at the dealer 5/7.

Got a text from the dealer while I was in a meeting...no sort of warning. I honestly thought I'd have to wait another week before arrival...happy days are here at last!!

My Tread Lightly 30 days will be up 5/20...trying to work out a way to pick it up this Sat and process on the 20th. There's no chance I can wait another week knowing it's at the dealer

With the 19MY ending and the 20MY being set up anyone have experience as to what the impact would potentially be?

Will it add 3 weeks to the schedule or will it slip in before / during the re-tooling for the new MY?

Currently at 6 weeks and finally received a new possible dealer delivery date of 5/23. That will be 8 weeks from order date but I hope this is the one.

5/9 UPDATED! Just received a call from my salesman that he spoke to FCA about my delay and found out that my Jeep was damaged at the factory rail yard during loading and a replacement was built and just shipped today. I would normally be upset about the delay but accidents happen and my dealership has been awesome.

That means your Jeep is in production. The frame is getting assembled and should go to paint and trim in the next day or so. You should see your build sheet and and window sticker next week some time.

After months of lurking, researching, and dealership visits - I finally put in my order on 5/7!

Just waiting for an update with my VIN so I can start tracking this sucker! Hoping to spend the weekend building my hard top and door holders from the DIY on this forum so I can be ready to go topless right off the bat!

Now the production line is gonna shut down for three weeks before mine even gets on it.

I guess my Moab is destined to be my birthday gift towards the end of June.

Really hoping I don't get stuck in JB status. Fingers crossed that the extras aren't subject to the shutdown.

I did notice this on my build sheet though: "Special Scheduling Condition VII"
Not sure how exactly that is assigned because I don't think my build had any problems to bump it in priority... however the order confirmation from my dealer does say this:

Order Type: Retail
Scheduling Priority: 1-Sold Order
Build Priority: 01

Not sure if that has anything to do with getting assigned the Special Scheduling Condition VII

...also, any one else find it weird that Jeep Chat is apparently completely unaware of the shutdown? I suspect they actually know about it but are told to follow a script. Every single time its mentioned its pretty much the exact same response.
