Well it also had 25 miles on it, which I didn’t think much of it until I thought about it more (what do you guys think?). Seems like a lot of miles for factory testing, but I don’t know. When I got it home I also noticed a drop of coffee or something on the steering wheel controls. Wondering if someone was driving it about and spilled something then tried to clean it up and scratched the odometer plastic and maybe the wheel. Once I found everything it made me start wondering. All minor stuff, but for that kind of money I expect perfect and I want to be responsible for the first scratch.

That’s why I have a relationship with my dealer. Well I guess after like 20 vehicles from him. They take a pic off the truck when it comes. I don’t even let them prep it. I take off all the plastic and wrappers. I enjoy that. I go to the lot the day it comes in and look it over. They know no test drives.

By the way my recent 2 door granite Rubi was Ordered 3/21 Vin 3/23, went to E (framing) Friday 29th. My dealer checked Sat and he said it was still in E. I think it must have passed that but they haven’t updated or something because of the weekend?

I’m just happy that they fixed the issue rather than just sending it out, ya know.
I had a moment of craziness where I emailed Mr. Macdonald just to see if there was an issue. I figured I wouldn’t hear back, and an hour after sending the email I regretted even sending it. I was polite, but I really need to be following my own rules about sending angry emails. Needless to say, I had an email back the next morning, and every other day or so since. I cannot say enough what a stand up man he is, and how thankful I am for his involvement.

Ordered 1/31. Picked up today! Only 50 miles so far and already has lift, wheels/tires, Rock Slide Engineering sliders. More to do tomorrow. Gotta say the little turbo is a beast.

Congratulations Mario, I've been wondering about your delivery date - my grandson and I flew into Boise from SLC and got ours on March 20, ordered on Feb 14. I'm not account so don't do math, but around 5 week wait. We hung out at the dealership all day waiting for a winch to be installed then drove back to Utah. Also had great experience with Kent, while waiting for the winch install he drove my grandson around on his dealer lot golf cart showing him new Chrysler's while I took a little nap (Trenton is 10). Can't beat that kind of attention to customer needs.
Enjoy your new Rubicon, hope to see you on a back road some time.

That would almost be impossible to go from trim to delivered in 2 days, even if the dealer was in Toledo.

Surprisingly, it did happen and I picked it up yesterday. Will post pics shortly.

Well, I've made it to KZ but hanging at KZL as no shipping directions have been booked/received yet. Hoping tomorrow, since it's Monday, they'll book shipping and it'll be on its way.

She arrived last Thursday morning; Nampa, ID. Kent did a great job getting her ready, I picked her up Friday. Basically 30 days after ordering. I'm very happy. Kent really went above and beyond.

Well, this is a weird one today.

I ordered 3/21. As of 3/27 I did not have a VIN yet.
This morning I called Customer Service on the phone and was told it was built and awaiting shipment. I was given a VIN and an expected ship date of 4/4. A nice surprise.

I forgot to ask for the status code and date of build, so I contacted later this morning via chat.
The chat agent told me it was not built and was status D1. He did not know why the previous agent gave me the wrong information.

Does this happen often?

Oh well, I'm not in any hurry, but I would appreciate accurate information.

I've been told my Wrangler has been shipped! Sticker attached. I was originally told end of May. Then, end of April as it was moving along quickly. And now it's already shipped. And now I'm more eager than I've been the whole time, lol.

I haven't checked since last week after finding out it was built and ready for shipment. I'll most likely be out of town when it's delivered anyways so I didn't want to get my hopes up.

I have a feeling ours will be coming on the same truck. I ordered mine 3/13. Checked with the dealer Friday...it was still in Toledo.
