Why do people leave those yellow protectors on? Aren't they supposed to be removed once you take delivery? I don't understand but see them all the time.

Wait till he takes them off for the first time and finds out that they are scratching the shit out of his front lip. And they look ridiculous.

I left mine on because it's hard to tell how close that curb or parking lot stop are and that front air dam is LOW. Have already saved a scrape or two or three.

They aren't saving anything they are scratching your front lip. sand and rocks get trapped under them and they are only held on with a plug so they wiggle around

Bought it new in 1999, still own it. 26,000 miles. Now that we no longer own a conventional "stick & brick" home storage & insurance are killing me.

Yes. As it's stored "off site" they were not interested. Besides, it's the central Florida storage costs that are my biggest expense.
