I have a JK with half doors and the uppers fit behind the back seat no issues, it’s a lil tight with the top down but it works. The side and back windows can roll up and toss in the trunk area if you will. I am still waiting on my JL to arrive and from my understanding the windows for the JL do not roll up like the JK so with half doors it should be interesting to squeeze everything back there. I’m sure it will fit, just be very tight. I guess once mine arrives I’ll have to mess with it come spring. I ordered a reign so no half door option so I’ll have to build them myself and have them painted which is not a biggie, I like the half doors for spring through fall.
