Plug and play speaker upgrade?

Does anyone know of a plug and play speaker set? Looking to upgrade all 8 of my speakers in my JL sport. With my JK I went with kickers that plugged right in. I’m not too savvy at all with audio systems so basically just looking to unscrew and unplug the old ones, and plug in some new ones. Thanks!

The speakers under the dash are incredibly difficult to replace. There also are no speakers that fit without modifications to replace the 4 inch. I used these https://smile.amazon.com/Kicker-KSC3504-KSC350-Speakers-tweeters/dp/B01N5NT82V all around and just spliced them into the factory harness with splices from Lowe’s. I put polyfil underneath and the sound is a lot better.

The dash & soundbar speakers can be easily replaced with 3.5" Coaxial speakers. I started off with some Kicker KSC3504 speakers and I thought they were a little to sharp on the high end. I switched out my dash speakers with JBL CLUB3020 speakers. Unfortunately, they were too big to replace the 3.5" speakers in the sound bar so I left the kickers in there.
