I’d Rather Talk Jeep’s!
Just hoping you all could help me out figuring out the stance I want to get from new wheels and tires.

I will be sticking with 35x12.5 tires. Original offset of the Rubicon wheel (that’s what I have) is +37.17mm. I’m liking a much more aggressive look and am considering a 9” wide wheel with a -12mm but hard to figure this out exactly since I don’t have the Jeep yet and I can’t measure!

I will be installing a 2.5” lift.

Please post pics and information regarding size and offset (I’m having a hard time Googling it).

Thanks!

Just keep in mind if you have a non-Rubicon your axles are 1.5" narrower, so to get the same fit as a Rubicon you'll need .75" less backspacing. (or about 18 less on the offset)

Not sure what model Jeep you're waiting on, but here's a couple tire poke pics of a 17x9 wheel with -12mm offset and 4.53" backspace wrapped in 38x13.5's.

Thanks, this helps a ton! Waiting on a Rubicon and this is exactly the stance I’m looking for.

Thanks for the information as I did not know this!

Wheel offset is going to matter more than rim width in getting the stance you want.
