You mean 315/70/17? Don't think 315/75/17s are made by BFG.

It's not custom painted, that's the machined onxy color you can buy on AEVs site, but that color is only on the JK version (less backspace and i believe a slightly smaller bore than the JL version)

Can i get a recommendation for what specs will keep a 315/70/17 as close to the inside wheel well walls without touching and still give no overhang outside the fender constraint..
What is stock wheel specs, can I follow that spec??

Yes, 315/70-17's on the factory 17x7.5 +44.5mm offset wheels will land the outer edge of the tire at or a hair under flush with the fender. Here is that size bfg ko2 on factory wheels.
