Anyone pull the LED foglight wiring harness out of the OEM plastic bumper? I need some help.

Anyone pull the LED foglight wiring harness out of the OEM plastic bumper? I need some help.
Not sure what you need. Ive done front and rear. The wiring is between the plastic layers of the bumper. Just start removing screws and the bumper will come apart exposing the harness.

Not sure what you need. Ive done front and rear. The wiring is between the plastic layers of the bumper. Just start removing screws and the bumper will come apart exposing the harness.
That's exactly what I need. I got the lights removed and popped the clamps (2 on each side) that hold the harness in place. Just didn't know how to get the harness to slide out. Thanks for the help!

Yes I just did it. A bunch of small screws and then some more if you set the bumper on its top. I even forgot 2 others that are not on the perimeter but sort of inset by the mud end guards
