Hello, I am new here and have a few questions about placing an order for a Jeep. I live in Nevada and have read that Dennis Dillion, and Peterson Jeep in Idaho have the best prices. They are also a non negotiate dealership. I am looking for a white 2019 or 2020 JLU Rubicon, with color matched hard top and fenders, cold weather group, premium sound, tan interior.
Is it best to be straight forward with these two dealerships and send out an email with want I want? Or should I try the whole back and forth thing? Do I mention how much I have for a down payment? I won’t have a trade in.

ps I’ve always owned Land Cruisers and Toyota vehicles. So I’m joining the dark side. I’ve always been jealous of you guys driving around with the top off ha! :jk:

No experience with either of these two specific dealerships but my preference is always to be very direct, open, and upfront.

I always send the exact same e-mail to all dealers, being very clear with exactly what I want and ask for their best offers. I am clear that I am going out to multiple dealers and will be buying in X amount of days from the best offer I receive. Some dealers will not play ball, but many will. Thus far I have happily closed two deals in this manner and plan to only buy using this method in the future.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
I dealt with Jim Marsh in Las Vegas, was a great dealership experience and Antonio Magana is the one to talk to as far as factory order sales. They also have a huge inventory typically so they may have one on the lot that you could get a nice deal on.
