Placed an order today for JLUR...Lots of options missing

Anyone else see this? I placed an order today at the dealer for a 23' JLUR, dark grey color is gone, both driver assistance options gone, hardtop headliner option gone, no dual top option, no XR, the newly announced Farout package for the diesel is gone as well. WTF. I was told chip issues was the main problem. I still placed the order, but will cancel and place another if all the options come back suddenly. Kind of BS that the jeep.com website has all these listed, but when you drive down to the dealer they're all unavailable...Fun!

You ordered a custom vehicle that you can't customize? I wouldn't even bother.

Not going to happen any time soon, unfortunately. There is an indefinite hold on all of the options that are no longer available for order.

Yes. Frequently. The adverse effect of supply chain issues on Jeep production is nothing new, and has been discussed at length on this forum.

I'm assisting a family member with their Jeep configuration. The planned purchase won't proceed until Spring 2023, so we're just experimenting with different builds right now. It's easy to understand how a particular electronic nanny package, being chip-intensive, is currently MIA. What is a bit surprising is how something as innocuous as the engine block heater option has also disappeared. And so it goes.

The only colors available today were black, sting, white, earl, yellow, and sarge green. XR is what I really wanted, but really most of it can be done better for around the same price with aftermarket I figure. No penalty if I cancel the order before it arrives and re order if the options pop back up within what sounds like 3-4 month wait. Super annoying though…

Reign was limited and went away at the end of September.

I wonder why they left it on the website so long? I still haven't even seen one in the wild, and it's very annoying as a guaranteed customer to be speccing stuff on the website only to find out it's not available anymore. My wife is not happy with Jeep right now.

The website is a dealer inventory search. It's not actually an order tool even though it looks like one.

Not saying you're wrong, but you can actually start the order process including giving a deposit right on the website.

They just forward that to your local dealer. You're not actually ordering directly from Jeep on their website.

The dealer will have the correct and most up to date ordering information.
