I'm also interested in a receiver hitch cargo tray for my JLUS. Did yours require an extension piece to allow the tray to clear the spare tire? TIA.

is that a LOD Destroyer rear bumper & goodies on the 2 door ?
how do they like it ?
Yes, its been around the block, she is the third owner. It has been reinforced in a few places over the years but it performs perfectly for our needs. Those 10 gallons extra were just enough to get us thru. And the basket proves handy on trail, though we rarely use it on highways. Actually saving up for one to put on my JL.

There is some remote camping! Looks great John.
It was extremely remote, but much busier than usual. We encountered a couple other travelers lol usually we don't see anybody!

Serious question, Why sleep on top of the vehicle? Bears? Snakes? Wolves? Zombies?
Id rather have a nice big tent on the ground.
I have slept many a night in a tent on the ground. I plan on purchasing a tear drop trailer so that I can sleep inside in inclement/cold weather or in a roof top tent when the evenings are nice and I can see the stars. My wife may still be in the teardrop if the night time temps are too cold.
