Been a car enthusiast for almost 50 years. This year I got my first 'real' Jeep. Had a Grand Cherokee in the past. Loving seeing all of the retro pics here... keep them coming.

Here is my first offroad adventure with my JLR and best, it's with my better half!

I learned to drive on my grandpa’s 1982 CJ7 Laredo on his ranch in Arizona and in Anza Borrego Desert State Park when I was 10 or 12. I fell in love with Jeeps from that moment. Both my grandpa and his Jeep are gone but the memories live on every day. When I turned 16 I bought a 1995 YJ. Later I bought a JK and now drIve a JL that matches my first Jeep. I loved Jeep as a kid and still do. So many memories every time i drive.

Finally bought my first (they're notoriously expensive here in Australia) just this year.

They're hardly a screaming bargain in their home market, either.

I've been off-roading for decades but mostly with friends and non-Jeep rigs. The day of these pictures in 2013 was a memorable one in my Jeep initiation for a number of reasons. It was in my hometown of Limeira-SP in Brazil, literally in my backyard, and had plenty of Jeeps. Now, I have my first ever Jeep on order and can't wait for her to be in my hands.

I was 5 in 1979 when my parents picked up a new Cherokee Chief. Picked the JL up last Friday and have been loving every minute since!

This was my 1st new Jeep 1983 Renegade CJ-7 the day i bought it i went camping, drove it for 12 years. Oh and the girl i met driving it and married her too
