Here is a sport with RC 2.5 lift and 34’s.

Looks great!
By 34" I assume you have 285/75R17. Are they C or E load? How's the ride? Also, do you have any problem with the spare? Relocation bracket needed?
I have a 2" lift and the next step is to upgrade the tires to 285/75R17.

I'm running 305/70/17 E rated Nitto Ridge Grapplers (Nitto site says they 33.86). Ride is good, not loud. They fit without relocation bracket, I have about 1/4" between the spare bumper.

Good! On paper, 285/75R17 is also 33.86 in heigh. Now I know I don't have to worry about spare not fitting. I hope the C load tires will be a bit softer and have a more comfortable ride. I like your set up! Clean and simple.

I know you're looking for 33's but how about a 2" lift with my stock 32" tires? I assume you're wondering if the tires look to small. They won't. I think my 32's look okay.
My wife wanted me to get a more aggressive tire. So I figured I might as well up the size a bit too. I'm going to a set of 34's (285/75/17, KM2), but they're not on yet. I'm waiting for my spare tire and sensors to arrive. I had no interest in 35's or more specifically a 12.5" wide tire.

Anyway, 32's look okay, so 33's will look just fine. Here's a picture of my Sahara with 2" lift on stock 32" Dueler Revo3 (255/70/18). If you have a 2.5" lift and a 33" tire, the fender gap will be the same.

Which

Which Rough Country 2.5” lift are you running? The pod lif or spring kit?
The spring kit. For the price, I think it’s pretty good. A little stiffer than stock but I’ve alleviated most of that by lowering tire pressure a bit. I haven’t been off-roading yet so I don’t know how it performs in that situation. Install price was a little more than half of the Teraflex kit I was considering. I figured if it doesn’t work out I’m not out a ton of money. So far, so good.

[edit] Those were KM3 tires. I’ve since switched to 315/70/17 KO2 C-rated and they ride more like stock even with the RC lift.

Now with 315/70/17 tires. I know this is bigger than was asked about but gives another slightly larger size at 34.4” nominal.

2018 JLU Sahara... preceded by 2012 JKU Sahara, Multiple CJ's, TJ's even XJ, WJ & WK2... yup, Always loved my jeeps :)
This was my Sahara on the Mopar 2” (really delivered more like 3+) since I don’t have high line fenders and had already changed my wheels to address the offset it seemed ok. Many folks don’t like the wheels to extend beyond the fender. For me it’s less about the look and more to widen the stance to account for the added height so that I can maintain the natural center of gravity. It was a bit more of vacant space in the wheel well for my taste in proportions... but it could have worded had I not budgeted for 35’s in my change. Added them the following day
