Do you guys with LED Headlights have people flash you like mad? Everyone flashes their brights at me. It is so aggravating and dangerous. They appear to be level. Anything I can do?

Are they OEM? You can do 2 things:
1. Wait until it's dark. Put your Jeep in front of your garage door, or if you don't have one, some wall. See where the lights are hitting. If you think they are too high, screw them down a bit.
2. If it's under warranty, take it to the dealer and have them aim them properly for you.

Do you have a lift? Are they factory LEDs? Do you light up the interior of other cars when you pull up behind them?
Adjusting them down a touch is pretty easy if needed.

If you are capable of working a screwdriver you can lower or move them yourself. See the YouTube videos on the subject. Probably have to be lowered.

I get flashed constantly. I did on my 2018 and I still do on my 2019. Both sports, no LED. I just flash back at them lol. Probably should lower them.

I am not a big fan of LEDs. They're annoying as hell no matter how well positioned they are.

If they’re blinding oncoming traffic you need to adjust them lower. It’s pretty simple.

If YOU'RE aggravated and feel that a flash of hi beams is dangerous, imagine how they feel with your headlights in their eyes continuously until you pass them.

Stock headlights on sport... flashed all the time. I parked the jeep 25 feet away from a building, measured 3 feet up and adjusted accordingly. Now just the occasional flash ... can't please everyone!!!

Have a Mopar lift on my ‘20 Sahara. It has LEDs. To be honest.... I get more people flashing their brights at me when I drive our highlander.

With the Jeep, it happens from time to time but not frequently.

I have the factory LED's on mine and have only been flashed once in the eight months I have had it. As others have said, they are easy to adjust if needed.

I lifted my Sport and got flashed. So I adjusted the headlights down. Then I installed a heavy rear tire carrier and spare and I'm getting flashed again. Upgrade, adjust, upgrade, adjust... It's a vicious cycle, I tell you!

Very easily with a Phillips screwdriver from above the headlight housing. There are several YouTube videos that show where to look. I don't do any measuring. Just bring them down a little at a time until you stop getting flashed. ;)
