Hi all, so My jeep just developed this issue about 2 days ago when i put the doors back on. On every turn or acceleration or anything that isn’t normal cruising such as bumps, the passenger side frame creaks like crazy, sounds like a plastic issue but i’m not totally sure. I tightened the bolts around it and made sure everything was in the same position as the other side, but no luck. I have the noise pinpointed to that area. If i were to describe the sound it would be constant pops of plastic creak, not a high pitch noise at all. Any help is appreciated again this only happened 2 days ago when i put doors back on

Oh and i forgot to add it isn’t the soft top. I took the top off and the issue was still there.

So I think I had the same creak as you but mine was on the drivers side. i actually created this creak by accident. I noticed the drivers torx windshield bolt near the sun visor was completely loose when offroading one day. Once i tightened it the creaking started immediately after and even if i loosened it the creaking still continued.. I had to loosen the windshield bolt, put a bolt in the roll cage where the open hole is on the top and then tighten the windshield bolt. Havent had a creak since

Zalmy, Check your drivers door. I too thought my plastic parts were creaking after putting the top and everything back on. A few days later and carefully trying to locate the noise in my case it appears to be coming from the inner frame part of the drivers door. A major pain in the arse. I tried everything to avoid a trip to the dealer which I know is not going to be able to do much.

So Just an update, As of now my issue has been resolved.I took it into the dealer and they installed a heavy duty bolt into where a normal hard top bolt would be. I did this by myself, but i didnt tighten it nearly as hard as they did. The bolt is so tight in there that i guess the pressure has stopped it from causing the metal to move and create the creak noise.
