Passenger seat belt latch won’t release

Has anyone had a seat belt latch not release? The passenger side jams and won’t release until a lot of jacking around with it. Wife has had to slide under the belt to get out a couple times.

run it to the dealer and have them replace it. That is a major safety concern

I've been experiencing this with one of the rear seatbelts. Co-workers keep getting stuck in my Jeep at lunch!

I had to have the receptacle mechanism replaced. It took about a week to get the part in, but it was in and out after that.
