What would you record long-term in a vehicle health monitor? (And if not obvious, why?) They can be common or obscure!

I've got a black box recorder that lets me store whatever I want. It'd like to add some additional parameters which could reveal long-term vehicle health issues issues over time (think weeks/months, not days). Any suggestions? These won't be used to trigger a check engine light, so it's fine if there's a false trigger when it sees increasing engine load if all that's happened is they've moved up into the mountains.

Examples of common parameters: battery voltage, long term fuel trim, avg/max coolant temperature, intake manifold pressure (increasing max vacuum with clogged filter), avg/min/max timing advance, per-cylinder miss counts, idle RPMs average and variance.

Example of obscure parameters: A/C high-side pressure avg/max, cooling fan duty cycle and run duration, increasing mismatch in individual tire RPMs (uneven wear or alignment), increasing power steering assistance, increasingly vague steering wheel centering, long-term drift among similar sensors (example: temperature), increasing z-axis accelerometer upset as well as increasing pitch with acceleration/braking (suspension wear).

I'd love to hear some ideas!
