P0507 after muffler delete?

I installed a Dynomax muffler delete on our JL 3 days ago. I love the deep tone it gave the 2.0. Unfortunately I am getting a CEL now it show a message saying Start/Stop not available. Looked up the code P0507 and it’s “Idle Speed Performance Higher Than Expected”. Just wondering if this is do to the muffler delete or not? It’s still under warranty. Would this void my warranty? Has anyone else had this issue?
