InterestingSir, “my equipment” is not a menu option for me.
Forgive me for stating the obvious, but you did scroll to the right? And you've added your vehicle?

Hmmm, I don't see my equipment either? Mine is stock, so does that make a difference?Interesting

Hmm, I can see my 2017 JKU equipment as the "owner" but I can't get my 2019 JL to show. Maybe the app only lets you have one as the owner?
Nope, you should be able to add as many vehicles to "your garage" as you want.Hmm, I can see my 2017 JKU equipment as the "owner" but I can't get my 2019 JL to show. Maybe the app only lets you have one as the owner?
Thanks! Yeah I'll have to contact them after the holiday! VIN is in, but it is probably just not matching exactly the DMV info (far fingers is my guess). Thanks again for trying to help!Nope, you should be able to add as many vehicles to "your garage" as you want.
Forgive the screenshots, best way I can think of to show you what I referring to.
Chris, forgiveness not necessary! Yes I scrolled to the right, yes I added my VIN. I talked to customer service tonight. The problem is at their end, not mine. I am really glad you asked me these questions, thus bringing the problem into the light of day. Thank you!Interesting

Well that was quick; it is fixed, and now I can access a TON more information!Interesting

33 is the correct(updated) flashed size?Well that was quick; it is fixed, and now I can access a TON more information!
See below; tires are listed as 33” outside diameter.
Yes Chris. As stated before, the new rubber is 285/70R17 - three tenths of an inch shy of 33”, yet classified as 33”. The dealership said the only option for the flash was the 33” value, and that metric values were not an option for the flash.33 is the correct(updated) flashed size?
Wondering what the heck the additional "Mopar service contract" fee was/is for. Total I paid was over 200 to have tire size flashed.Yes Chris. Why do you ask?
Chris, would it help you if I PMd you my logon and password, so you can compare?Wondering what the heck the additional "Mopar service contract" fee was/is for. Total I paid was over 200 to have tire size flashed.
Here is a quote from another post.(tried taking screenshot but wont allow). I searched mopar service contract in this forum to see what info I could gather.
"They are going to charge you the service contract price of $125 that Mopar sets, and then whatever the dealership service fee is. I've had two dealers quote me prices only to come back later and add that $125 to it. I ended up paying $225 to have the tpms and speedo reprogrammed. That $125 mopar sets is a 2 month agreement, so from what my service manager told me is that I have a 2 month window where I could change tire sizes without a fee. I still think it was worth it, because it's now in record on my Vin that Mopar recalibrated their software to run 35s on their vehicle. I would hope that means something as far as warranty goes."
I'm guessing that price reflects 37" ko2s. If so, he could've price matched and got away with $370ea from discount tire.$456 per tire???? I’m sweating $176 per tire for 33 inch Patagonia’s.
No, no, no that's quite alright thank you though I appreciate that.Chris, would it help you if I PMd you my logon and password, so you can compare?
