I not only want removable doors, I want ones with no wiring harness which when the car is unlocked, are able to be removed in less than 5 seconds each. Manual windows are not a problem at all.
It's not the wiring connector that's the problem. That itself takes 5 seconds to pull out along with the door strap. Even if there were no wiring you still have to remove the 4 torx screws on each door latch so 8 for the JK and 16 for the JKU. How else would the door stay on?

Have them lift out vertically once opened a full 90'

With latch/hinge staying on.
