Damn, you have some really nice accent touches!
I had been mocking up an accent stripe just like you did from the door back...now I really like the idea! Mine will be red/black to match the Rubicon on the hood and the 20th Anniversary OEM Recon Flag on the fender vents.

Again, she looks sharp!!

How does the height with 35's compare to a stock Rubicon when it comes to getting in and out? When I first got my JL I noticed the difference right off the bat when compared to a stock JK Rubi.

Side by side, I love the look of the 35s compared to the stock Rubicon!

My wife was worried it was going to be too high and we planned on getting step/rock rails but it has been ok without.

How does it compare to the stock Rubicon? The pic makes it look like quite a height difference.

Yeah, it might be a bit of an optical illusion, but I like that pic. It just looks beefy compared to the stock Rubicon. My understanding is this model has a 1 or 1.5 inch lift and the difference in tire size.

With that said, I have sat in one but I haven't owned a stock Rubicon. I can say the the 2dr with 35" tires stock is a bit higher but totally manageable for me. I'm 5'9" 31" inseam. I don't need a step, I get in one cheek at a time. :) Not too bad. When I get out, I find myself dropping a couple inches to the ground off the seat. It's been perfect for us. A bit beefier looking but not too much.

Good to know, thanks for the feedback. I think ultimately I'll just need to find one on a lot and check it out for myself.

I really do like the beefy look of it. At first I didn't even pay attention to the option, and then I started seeing these pics and it really got the gears turning. Sweet looking Jeeps for sure.

How is the ride quality on bumpy dirt roads with embedded rocks? Not full-out, offroading, but just a worn-out dirt road.

I can't compare with a Rubicon with 33s because this is my first Wrangler. But I can say it's good and better than my 1978 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40.

I finally went and jumped in one, it's not bad at all when compared to my current stock Rubicon. Slight bit of difference when getting out is the only thing I noted.
