I figured it out on mine- it means they are making a window sticker for it I think. Mine was in that status and the window sticker wasn’t available on the jeep website - once it passed that status it showed up.

I am in "paper hanging" and have my window sticker on both Jeep and dealers site...

Looks like you got the call right after it was logged as delivered at 11:44am (good news for rest of us that it's being updated promptly). The delivered date is also smack dab in middle of the ETA which is reassuring.
