I use the tracking service available through Jeep Garage.

A paid Lever III ($25) or higher membership is required. Level IV ($30) and up receive PDF vehicle build sheet after the vehicle is built

The following information is must accompany your vehicle tracking request:

[1] Your VON, VIN or E number.

The VON is the Vehicle Order Number, that is assigned when an order is placed with your dealer, the same day or shortly thereafter). The VIN is assigned, a few days or more after the after the VON has been processed. In Australia, an "E" number is provided. These can be provided by your dealer.

[2] Your vehicle type (Jeep Wrangler JL)

[3] Vehicle color

[4] Date your order placed with dealer

I use the webpage's search function to find my forum username to easily access my tracking info.

Hooray, D1 finally. Although just moved to this status, Canada order here so had no movement for 6 weeks. Hopefully it moves along this next month. I am also tracking on that site, and jeep chat was accurate so far too.

Ordered 6/2/2018, White Rubicon 4dr, started checking dealer website three days ago, it showed up in transit 6/20/2018, pulled window sticker & got VIN, called Jeep customer care they confirmed ready to ship, called Jeep customer care 6/21/2018 and they showed delivered. I then called dealer to verify, they first said no way but will walk the lot and call back, 15 minutes later they said come pick it up on 22nd. Picked it up, now has 89 miles on it. Unbelievable, but true. The dedicated Jeep care # is 1-888-362-2146, and they were right on. 20 days from order to pick up!

How accurate is the estimated delivery date? My build went to KZ today with an estimated delivery of 07/13 to 07/17.

My dealer said my jeep was finally updated today. Delivery date issued early july!

22 weeks for my 2dr red rubi w/pst and still no show Jeep.com off line since yesterday can check inventory or transit Jeeps.

As per the detail in my prior post on my tracking data, my JLUS was ordered on 4/29, went DI on 5/03 and finally got KZ on 5/29 and departed by rail that same day. Fast forward a little over two weeks and it arrived here in the Vancouver area on 6/14.

And there it sits.

It sat there in the storage lot until 6/25 when it finally got loaded on a truck (Truck Load Complete 06/25/18 06:51:00 AM ANNACIS ISLAND, BC) but has not moved out of the storage lot yet. It's been there for more than 2 weeks now - in town but still not delivered to the dealer.

If I were in town I would be really upset and the dealer would be hearing from me no less than daily, but... It did not arrive before we left on a six-week trip so as long as it gets to the dealer before the end of July, all will be good.

Yes I ordered 1-24-18 5 months to build now in transit and nobody including Jeep whoever knows where it is or eta

07/03/18: Notification of Current Status: "Built and ready to be shipped, no ETA". After informing the Rep that I knew my Status was in KZ by my dealer, her answer changed to: "Jeep is in KZ status and will remain in that status until it arrives at your dealer." (received via Jeep Live Chat Rep)

07/03/18: Notification of Current Status (a few minutes later): "No, your current code is KZM Status ("First Rail Departure")...I think the Jeep will be in Texas by the 12th...and will arrive at the dealership by the 20th of the month, just my best guess." (received from my Dealer Rep).

07/07/18: "Yes, looks like the Jeep will hit Pearland early next week (07/09 or 07/10) and hopefully get to the dealership by Friday (07/13)." (received by Dealer Rep.)

My Rep has been with the RiverOaks Dealership for 20 years...I'll trust his word, sit back and relax at this point. *puts my patience hat on*
