ORDER TRACKING for your Jeep Wrangler

Just called Jeep on the number provided. The lady told me that she will escalate my case as I ordered on 2/16/18. She told me someone will call me in the next 2 business days. Not sure if this escalation will help me get my Jeep sooner. I will wait and see!

I ordered 2/19 punk n metallic and just finally reached KZ, it was nothing than a week later it’s ready for shipment, what status are you currently in?

I would say let’s keep this discussion public. While most of us are being patient with delays, the lack of transparency is increasing anxiety level. We need to know the status of our orders so we can plan around it. I understand that Jeep Chat/Cares cannot change the situation but atleast they can provide factual information without making us feel guilt and without threats.

I know that you like to work with each person individually, through their VIN, etc., but would it be feasible for you to start a thread that could be stickied to the front page, that would include info about the production schedule in general, and explaining any delays to the process/supplies? I see a lot of negativity on this forum, which is par for the course, but I think it could be alleviated with just a little bit of accurate information...

Is this Grand Maris, Ontario? I've never heard of this place before but looks like something near the border in Windsor, Ontario. Is it possible I'm finally on a truck on its way to Toronto?

Latest tracking on my Jeep is it went "gate out" of Alorton yesterday at 12:17 pm. I have no idea where it is headed, but at least I have movement. It was there for 15 days.

I can't believe it. After 75 days my JLU showed up at the dealer.. I pick it up tomorrow. It shipped direct on truck from Alorton, IL down to Houston, which is over 1,000 miles in a day and a half... I'm shocked.
