Not necessarily. MIne has 2 gate outs in a row and still hasn't shipped.

Well, day 22 for me in KZ, with no end in sight... Interestingly enough, yesterday, I received two emails from FCA, both congratulating me on my purchase of my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. Lol! One was a request to fill out a survey for the dealership, the other "welcomed me into the Jeep family." Hysterical! I'd love to be in the Jeep family! I just need my Jeep first... Lol! Can't make this sh!t up! What kind of show are these guys running? Sad, really...

I received an email yesterday asking me to reply to their survey. Sadly, I didn’t receive an email welcoming me into the family.

So, @JLWF Dealer Guy and @Koons_of_Tysons_Corner the tracking spreadsheet was right on, Craig at Koons Tysons Corner, VA handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Great to work with and the best at communication. I HATE car dealerships, but Koons was good all the way around. Thanks Craig! Umm. This Sahara JLU is for the wife though. -Adam
