My Rubi has been "Built and released to ship, but shipping has not been initiated" since 4/26. Anything I can do to expedite the process?

I've complained to my dealer,Jeep Chat and the factory rep and supposedly it's being escalated and they even agreed to compensate me in some way, not sure exactly what that means. Although i did pay for it already and had to insure and register it so dealer could make their April quotas.

My dealer called offered to lower price $2000, but that’s after adding price increase FCA posted Mar 1 my order 1-24-18 do the math seems like no compensation for waiting 4 going on 6 months for Jeep!!
