There is a delay. Large new user addition and movement. And, freaking bogged at work. Sorry all for the wait.
Hopefully that means that when the update comes we will all see the updates we want to see or not. Either way no worries.

Well Adam isn't doing a good job showing that Jeep "Cares" I kept the whole thread, it was ridiculous. I have no additional information on my Jeep but I do now know that Jeep is apparently ramping up their cyber security department to account for increased webchat activity. Previous jeep chats were alot more friendly though not particularly useful.
He told me the same. When he or Chad pops up, I just close the window and reconnect to try to get someone else.
If I ever had to deal with a Chad, I would take screen shots. That sort of nonsense is not good for Jeep as a brand and should be sent higher up. They shouldn’t be worrying people.

Speaking of which, @JeepCares care to chime in on this none sense?

While you're sending the private message, also make it public on the forum. Maybe we need to start putting some feet to the fire.

Although I have not had a bad experience with jeep chat, I think it is useful to let everyone know what's happening.

One delay after another is getting pretty annoying, then to hear that it's all finished and just sitting on some lot waiting to be shipped. what the hell is happening in Marion OH that they cant get them on a truck or train. There's a dozen of us that have had the same status for the last two weeks, sitting in some lot waiting forever for shipment.

I don't want to be pacified, I want the jeep I ordered.......Please.....pretty please....

Hell they raised the shipping price and still cant deliver, wish i could just go get the dang thing

I would say let’s keep this discussion public. While most of us are being patient with delays, the lack of transparency is increasing anxiety level. We need to know the status of our orders so we can plan around it. I understand that Jeep Chat/Cares cannot change the situation but atleast they can provide factual information without making us feel guilt and without threats.

My build, which has been stuck in "I" for the last thirty days has been failed and the order cloned so I'm back in D status. From what I gather from talking to @uudog and @cnyjl if a Jeep has been in Inspection for 20 days, it will be failed and the order cloned and (hopefully) fast-tracked. This has happened to 3 of us now.

For future members of the (I)ncarceration club, failed orders appear to be processed on Wednesdays.
How awful...seriously? Are they processed on Wednesdays?
