We are excited to officially announce our Order Tracking Service for all JLWF members!

Here are the details:

What is order tracking?
Our ability to track your Wrangler order (U.S. and Canada orders only) means you'll be able to follow the status of your order from the time of order to arrival at your dealership. You'll know when your order has been scheduled for production, the current stage of production, when it completes production, when it's shipped and when it arrives at your dealership!

Is there a fee?
Our tracking service is complimentary for all JLWF members! We just ask that you participate in our discussion forums and whenever possible please support future site sponsors and advertisements if it fits with your plans.

How can I start tracking my order?
1) Vote AND Post what you've ordered in the "What have you ordered" thread (REQUIRED).
2) reply below to this current thread with your order's VON # AND ORDER DATE (this is located on your order sheet from your dealer).
3) once we have seen your post, we will add your VON to the tracking list.
4) we will contact you with a password to open the tracking spreadsheet (discussed below).

How do I receive tracking updates?
Once or twice a day (morning and/or afternoon), we will upload the latest tracking spreadsheet which contains the latest updates for all orders we're currently tracking. The tracking spreadsheet file will be attached to this first post and can be opened with the password you received earlier.

Will there be support provided for specific TRACKING questions I have?
This thread will be overseen by user JLWF Dealer Guy (our resident Jeep dealer) who will try to answer your tracking-related questions on a regular basis and as time permits. Please note that JLWF Dealer Guy cannot accept private messages and although we will try our best, we cannot guarantee that every question will/can be answered.

Guys FYI even tho my Jeep msrp at time of order was lower they window sticker’d me the new price increases so it seems that it’s the norm. My dealer will be honoring our negotiated price obviously.

Obviously? No.

It isn't guaranteed they honor the previous price.

Correct. If for any reason you do not buy it, the price protection code does not apply, and the window sticker is the pricing.

WTF? My delivery just pushed again by 7 days?
It’s sitting 5 hours away waiting on a transport truck. 9days+ since it arrived and 8+ Days since unloaded
Now It’s going to sit for a full 3 weeks at the last stop rail yard before delivery
Frustrating.

Feel your frustration, mine is going the same route, got my ETA pushed out already 10 days, but nothing compared to you so far

Hey all. I was trolling the interwebs today to try and get smarter on what could be going on with the process of building my Wrangler. I came across the following paper that looks like it was written late 2009. While old, I think some of the process is still the same - but I am not sure if the partners are the same. I found it interesting and explained some of the "communication codes" a little better.

Great paper, tyvm for sharing with us, I’m 32 days into my build and still waiting, dealer said I’m built waiting on paint, but Jeep says I just reached D1 status, so confused, so excited!., but still can’t wait to receive my Jeep....

Jeep chat tells me today that I'm in D1 and have been for 2 days. Who do I trust?

the spreadsheet also has me in "D" but jeep chat just told me I'm "D1"......i find it hard to trust jeep chat though
