Once you sit it in the 1st time all this frustration will fade away...then it will beToday officially marks day 20 of KZ status for me - and it hasn't even left Toledo.
Day 70 of the entire process.
Day 38 since it actually finished the build.
And day 13 since Jeep Chat and my Dealer's tracking systems showed "KZR" status. Which means, "a few days from dealer delivery".
I have never been given an actual delivery ETA window. Ever.
Fantastic experience thus far!![]()
I like! This 30-post requirement has turned this thread into a free-for-all and very entertaining, albeit at the expense of useful info! I don't blame Jay though; people need to participate. Here's an idea: next time, 30-like policy!!! Now, that'll be entertaining.
My understanding is that the JK production line will be retooled for the new Scrambler, not more JLs.A thought to ponder and see if anyone knows if there is any merit to it.
I think (imo) that the JK production line should be starting to ramp down - if the six month window they stated that they'll keep building the JKs with the JLs - that started in October if I remember correctly (someone can check me I'm sure). So, if they are ramping down in the next couple weeks the JKs. Then I suspect they'll need maybe 2 weeks to convert the machinery to start building the JLs on the old JK production lines. I would suspect by mid April they should be up and running full steam ahead on all the JLs by then. Which will help with the 2 Door Orders moving and possibly any overflow of the 4 doors; if the production lines are setup to do both vehicles.
Just a thought...as I wait for my 2.0L Turbo White Sahara...
I want to see more Pics of this hopefully with one Painted White. But it looks greatThat is gorrrrrgeous!!!
Gotcha, but Scramblers won't be out until December 2018/January 2019 if they follow same track. So going to take them 6 months to retool? My understanding is that the JK production line will be retooled for the new Scrambler, not more JLs.
Use the date on your order formSo I ordered on 2/17. The order was picked up on 2/19 by Jeep. Which date should I use when I try this tomorrow ?
Thanks for the infoUse the date on your order form
I'm not sure but I think it's definitely "months" and not "weeks" so just making some JLs on the side temporarily is not so feasible. Then again, I'm just spitballin' here; others will be a lot more knowledgeable.Gotcha, but Scramblers won't be out until December 2018/January 2019 if they follow same track. Well, I'm guessing you only need 29 since the post tomorrow with you VON will be number 30!Hey look only 11 more to go.

VeryThis reminds me of the school kid that was asked to write a 100-word essay and so he starts: "My summer vacation was very, very, very, very, very........ :cwl:
