Has anyone else had an issue with the plug-n-play harness? The first one I got had one pin that was half he height of the other pins. And when I tried to insert the male (pinned) plug of the Oracle harness into the female plug of the Jeep harness it would not snap in. Oracle was great and sent me a replacement. But, the replacement has even more pins that all vary in height. Once again, I tried to see if it would connect and no-go. The female (Oracle harness plug) snaps right in to the male plug of the Jeep wiring (on both of the Oracle harnesses). It’s only the Oracle male pin plugs that aren’t fitting. I’ve used a small amount of dielectric grease to try and help with them sliding together but no-joy there either.

Push on the wires and finish seating them in the connector.

I've tried but the male Oracle plug just doesn't seem to fit correctly into the female Jeep plug. The opposite plugs seat into one another just fine. But these two take a LOT of force and still don't seat fully.

Chip- Our product specialist looked into your concern and pulled 5 different harnesses from stock to review. All of them have evenly seated pins across the connector. You mentioned trying to force the plugs together; they shouldn’t need forcing. Likely what is happening is that the plugs are slightly misaligned when connecting which is pushing some of the pins further into the plug. Please send us a PM and I will be happy to assist you further.

Brittany, those pics I sent you were of the pins directly out of the package. I had not even tried to connect them yet.

Try and take some needle nose pliers and gently pull the pins up to see if they "snap" into place.
I just rewired my harley and after I de-pinned the connector to route the wires, I had the same issue putting the connector back on until I got them to snap where they needed to go.
