4 doors, just posers with a Jeep sticker

I bought a 4 door once, Rubicon Hard Rock Edition, keep it 3 mo and dumped it.

I am not a fan of the station wranglers either. I was looking at one at a light and could not believe how long it looked. I kind of understand why families buy them but I just couldn’t do it. I am picky though, I had YJs and have had and have TJs but I couldn’t do a JK because of the saggy looking fenders.

At least the op was smart enough to not say “real Jeeps have 2 doors”. Although 2 entries is not technically correct either. I’ve seen plenty of people enter from the back.

LOL, that was the ONLY 4 door I have ever owned in 55 years of Jeeps...now the wife, she is on her 2nd 4 door .

You might notice I did NOT say door, I said entry, not all Jeeps came with doors, just entry points...I am OLD school for sure!

I have never owned a Sedan of any kind, never owed a 4 door car, 4 door truck but my world has been Jeeps and Corvettes since 1964...

How did you know? Vietnam, 67-68. My guess is you are wondering what that sitting in the back? It's a GOBI (General Officer Bright Idea). Take a multi-million-lumen Searchlight + 90,000-volt generator to run it off the engine, send you out with the Infantry to light up the battlefield...there were only 36 of us in Vietnam that did this and it only lasted a short time and you can figure out why!!!
