I have had 2 dealers in South King County WA tell me it will take one and a half to two hours to do an oil change with an appointment. Is this the new normal?

Well, the actual oil & oil filter change on a JL, takes about 15 minutes to do.

Leave it to a stealership to tell you 1.5-2.0 hrs.

Guess they need additional time to put in the 6th quart of oil the JL does not need, that they more often then not, put in a JL that they change oil and filter on. :CWL:
