Ok, add me to the list, I got the update last night and had the ORP's and even tried them out. As of this morning they are gone just like they were never there.
Mine downloaded this afternoon, hopefully it will be there tomorrow!

Dumb question. How do you kick off the update?
I have received the prompt numerous times.
Once I entered it to start in ~15 mins so I knew it was parked. Nothing happened.
Popped up another 3 times now and if I hit "update now', nothing happens.
I cannot make it reliably pop up to kick off.

Make sure it is in park and turned off. If you have it running, it won’t start.

Have a manual, so I assume in Accessory with parking brake on?
If i get it to kick off, does it have to be in accessory the whole time?

Off off. Just walk out of the vehicle type off.

How long you leaving it run before you get the prompt?

My jeep is garaged when at the house. Whether coincidence or not, I would only get the prompt if the vehicle was outside even though I can get Sat radio in the garage.

I ended up parking it outside. Turning it off. Putting it in accessory to turn the radio on, then clicking update now when prompted. The update started and completed while on screen in accessory.

When done, I had no new icons.

Turned it off again and came back after 30 mins and received the "you have been updated message". Still no new icons.

Turned it off again and came back after 60 mins and had placeholder icons for the new stuff, but they had no name. Switched to radio and back and finally had the off road pages.

Came back after an hour and the off road icon was gone again. After a few minutes in the vehicle, that popped back up.
I will check it tomorrow and see if it stays.

I have a manual and my update came, today. Ignore that message. Update prompt came when I was parking at a store. Turned off Jeep and it started. I was in neutral. Moved to 1st after truck was off. Was in and out of store in 2 mins. Started and drove home with update in progress. Parked and turned off in 1st with update at like 88%. Few hours later o went out again and it said complete. (No apps would launch until another off/on cycle.)

I have off-road pages. Neat, but really not any more useful than what is available on the EVIC. Much ado about nothing.

Also, the burn-in goes away quickly. Ignore the “do not update” thread.

I've noticed on start up, it takes a minute for the ORP and other apps to load up

Hello everyone. May I resurrect an old thread? I presume from reading multiple topics on the ORP that this "option" was only for the Rubicon? I have a 2018 Sahara and have never been prompted for the update. When I called Jeep Wave, the rep knew nothing about it. Thanks!!

You guess right, only for the Rubicon with the 8.4" radio,
