Does anyone know where the extra length comes from? Is it in the front end, the cab, or dispersed?
I am looking into an alien sunshade for the JL that I will be purchasing this week, but they only have the full length shades available for the JK. Do you suppose the JK shade would fit similarly on the JL or would the extra 4” of vehicle length make too big of a difference in the fit?

Sorry if this is a no-brainer question, this will be my first wrangler so I am new here!

Hoping someone can save me a trip to the dealer with a tape measure. I can get the width (w/o mirrors) - 73.9". Does anyone have the width including the mirrors (factory stock)? or can pull a rough estimate with a tape measure?

Found it interesting my 07 Toyota Tacoma TRD (hopefully soon to be traded for a 2 door Wrangler) is 5" narrower than my wife's 2014 Acura RDX when you include the mirrors. Only 1" narrower if you just pull the exterior width w/o mirrors.
